As our SAP S/4HANA Transformation Manager, you will be part of a CFO-sponsored transformation program and contribute to one of the most significant business transformation initiatives at Merz Therapeutics.
Working alongside the internal Project Manager, you will act as a key counterpart on SAP and implementation-related topics and help ensure the successful delivery of the program.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Drive SAP transformation-related activities throughout the implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases of the program.
- Act as a key counterpart to the external implementation partner on SAP transformation, delivery, and implementation-related topics.
- Work closely with the internal Project Manager to ensure alignment across business stakeholders, IT, Group functions, and external project teams.
- Drive alignment between project activities, business requirements, and implementation priorities.
- Coordinate and support testing activities across the program, including business readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment preparation.
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, and critical milestones throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Assess the impact of changes, decisions, and implementation challenges on overall project delivery.
- Contribute to effective risk, issue, and dependency management across the program.
- Support project steering, deployment, and stabilization activities through practical SAP transformation experience.
