As Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you help strengthen and further develop the global governance framework of Merz Therapeutics, with a focus on healthcare compliance and information security.
Acting as a trusted compliance advisor, you will work closely with headquarters functions and primarily European affiliates, providing guidance on a broad range of compliance and governance topics. This includes supporting business stakeholders on healthcare compliance matters, risk assessments, investigations, policies and procedures, training initiatives and the continuous development of our compliance program in a highly regulated life sciences environment.
While the primary focus (ca 70%) of the role is on compliance advisory, governance, risk management and compliance program development, you will also serve as Business Information Security Manager (BISM) (ca. 30%) for Merz Therapeutics and support governance-related information security and NIS2 activities in close collaboration with Group Information Security.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Develop and enhance the global Compliance Management System
- Advise headquarters functions and European affiliates on compliance topics
- Support investigations, risk assessments, trainings, and monitoring activities
- Create and maintain policies and procedures
- Assume the role of Business Information Security Manager (BISM) for Merz Therapeutics within the Information Security Management System of the Merz Group
- Support security governance and regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS2)
- Coordinate with Group Information Security during security incidents
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, and business functions
