YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Develop, implement, and continuously advance a global Medical Training & Education ecosystem aligned with the Global Medical Affairs strategy.
- Drive the planning and execution of global internal and external education programs for key stakeholders, including KPI monitoring and continuous optimization.
- Identify unmet medical needs, emerging trends, and innovative digital education formats, and incorporate insights from regions and affiliates to expand reach to target audiences and ensure impactful, needs-driven education.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including KOLs and partners.
- Support medical congresses, global events, launch activities and medico‑marketing activities, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.
- Establish and deliver tailored global internal training and capability‑building initiatives to strengthen medical excellence.
- Ensure effective cross‑functional and global–regional–local collaboration, facilitating alignment and knowledge exchange across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and procedures and support compliance reporting.
