As our Global Product & Pipeline Communications Manager you will lead strategic communication activities for our products and pipeline, supporting pre-launch and launch initiatives, disease-awareness campaigns and key clinical and regulatory milestones within our specialty portfolio, particularly in neurology.
Working closely with R&D, Global Medical Affairs, Commercial, Patient Advocacy and regional teams, you will ensure consistent and globally aligned product communications.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Global Medical Affairs, Commercial, Patient Advocacy and regional teams to ensure clear and accurate product communications
- Communication Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute communication activities supporting clinical and regulatory milestones, medical meetings, product updates and launch initiatives
- Disease Awareness Initiatives: Lead disease-awareness communication activities together with local and regional teams
- Content Development: Oversee the development of messaging, FAQs, website content, customer communications, social media and press materials
- Internal Communication: Support internal alignment through relevant communication materials and updates across functions and regions
- Global Alignment & Performance Monitoring: Ensure consistent product messaging, alignment with corporate communications and continuous optimization based on communication metrics and feedback
- Metrics Monitoring: Track and analyze communication metrics to enhance the effectiveness of product communication strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
