As a Business Support Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring smooth commercial operations across the APAC region. You work closely with regional partners and internal departments to help maintain product availability, align budgets and forecasts, and support stable day-to-day business operations.
In this role, you act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production Planning, and Regulatory Affairs, supporting the Area Manager in keeping the regional business on track.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Track country budget performance and forecasts, align figures with regional stakeholders, and coordinate necessary actions together with the Area Manager

Monitor sales performance and stock levels to help ensure sufficient product availability in each market

Consolidate and review sales forecasts from the countries and align them with internal planning processes

Prepare regular sales, budget, and performance analyses, and develop structured presentation materials

Review and analyze sales and stock reports from different markets with strong attention to detail

Support the planning and monitoring of marketing and promotional budgets in coordination with regional partners

Coordinate and support regulatory and administrative matters such as packaging updates and price certificates

Contribute to process improvements and provide reliable organizational and administrative support across the region

Assist with product launches, including coordination of marketing materials and sample shipments
