As working student in the Digital Platform & Enablement Team, you support the daily operation of the Learning Management System and contribute to scaling digital learning across the organization by assisting colleagues with LMS-related tasks across multiple regions and accelerating global eLearning delivery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate the LMS: Create courses, upload training assets, manage enrollments, run reminder workflows, and generate reports.

Create & Publish eLearning Content: Prepare SCORM/xAPI packages, perform functional and accessibility checks, and coordinate updates with content owners.

Learner Support & Troubleshooting: Handle tickets from learners and managers, investigate login or notification issues, and document fixes and FAQs.

Project & Change Support: Contribute to learning and change management projects within the organization.
