YOUR CONTRIBUTION
As Senior Area Manager China & APAC for our Partner Business, you will be responsible for driving revenue and EBIT growth with a primary focus on China as the key strategic market, while also overseeing selected APAC countries. You will achieve this through the implementation of effective sales, marketing, and commercial strategies in close collaboration with regional and local partners. The role includes optimizing the commercial performance of the existing product portfolio, developing concepts and strategies to further expand the partner business, and ensuring the efficient launch of new products.
- Target Definition & Performance Management: Set and achieve annual sales and profitability targets for the region, ensuring transparent performance tracking.

Strategic Business Development: Drive growth strategies in collaboration with regional partners and internal stakeholders, aligned with corporate objectives.

China Market Leadership: Oversee business activities and partnerships in China, leveraging local expertise and cultural understanding.

Sales Channel Optimization & Product Launches: Enhance sales channels and manage effective product launches with distribution partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with internal teams (Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Finance) for smooth operations.
