Merz Therapeutics is expanding in Poland, and we’re looking for a driven Key Account Manager – Specialty Care to lead the commercial success of our injectable toxin and other products in Poland. You will manage the tender business development and manage strategic accounts within the public and private healthcare sectors, with a strong focus on drug programs and reimbursement pathways. This role is critical in establishing our presence in the Polish market and ensuring sustainable access to our products.

Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, public institutions, wholesalers, and distributors

Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring product inclusion in national and regional drug programs

Analyze the Polish healthcare landscape to support market access and strategic positioning of specialty products

Segment and target key accounts, developing and executing tailored account plans for each institution

Oversee contract performance, compliance, and product availability across assigned accounts

Drive sales growth through strategic account development, product promotion, and scientific engagement

Organize and participate in scientific meetings, workshops, and conferences to strengthen product presence

Provide training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals regarding product use and benefits

Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Compliance, and Marketing teams to optimize strategy
- Ensure all activities comply with local laws, industry codes, and internal policies, maintaining accurate records of interactions and results
