As our Local Marketing Manager for Poland, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and establish our newly founded affiliate from the ground up. In this key role, you’ll drive brand strategy, market entry, and local implementation — translating global strategies into impactful actions tailored to the Polish market. Working closely with international and cross-functional teams, you’ll help build our market presence and lay the foundation for sustainable growth.

Brand Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement the marketing strategy for our product portfolio in Poland, including managing communication measures, performance analyses, and digital market presence.

Market Entry & Positioning: Build and establish the brand in Poland while considering local market conditions and regulatory requirements.

Local Marketing Planning & Market Analysis: Develop and execute the local marketing strategy and annual action plan, incorporating market trends, competitor analyses, and indication-specific aspects.

KOL Management: Coordinate and lead KOL activities and demands in cooperation with the Medical Affairs team.

Global Collaboration & Best Practices: Work closely with international marketing teams, exchange insights with Global and Regional Marketing, and utilize best-practice sharing for brand development.

Budget & Revenue Responsibility: Plan and manage budget, revenue, and volumes to ensure profitable brand development.

Trainings & Conferences: Plan, coordinate and participate in training events and conferences in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Market Access: Consider market access opportunities to increase availability of products across patient population

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Medical, and other relevant departments to implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
