Merz Therapeutics is expanding in Poland, and we’re looking for a driven Key Account Manager Commercial to lead the growth of our business across pharmacy chains, independents, wholesalers and hospitals. This is a great opportunity to shape our presence in the retail healthcare market and build strong, lasting partnerships within the pharmacy channel.

Drive Sales and Promotion of Merz Therapeutics’ product portfolio to key accounts within the Polish pharmacy channel (including pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, wholesalers, hospitals and buying groups).

Develop and Execute Account Plans to build long-term partnerships with strategic pharmacy customers, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and brand strategy.

Map and Engage Key Stakeholders, including pharmacy owners, procurement managers, category buyers, and key decision-makers within wholesale and retail distribution.

Implement Promotional Campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies, adapting materials and activities to the pharmacy context and seasonal opportunities.

Negotiate and Manage Commercial Agreements, including pricing, listing, positioning, and in-store activations at key pharmacy chains and wholesalers.

Monitor Market Trends and competitor activity in the pharmacy space and provide timely insights to internal teams for agile response and planning.

Ensure Effective Cross-Functional Collaboration with marketing, regulatory, medical, and supply chain functions to support successful implementation of pharmacy channel strategies.

Represent Merz Therapeutics Poland at relevant national pharmacy congresses, trade events, and commercial meetings.

Ensure Compliance with national laws and internal procedures for promotion of OTC and pharmacy products.
