As a Brand Manager in Neurology & Rehabilitation Medicine, you will play a critical in shaping and managing the success of Merz Therapeutics products. The Brand Manager will develop effective brand strategies and deliver the promotional campaigns, ensuring regulatory compliance and lead on the development and implementation of Brand plans and campaigns. Reporting to the UK & Ireland Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will;
- Lead on the brand planning process ensuring alignment across Medical, Marketing and Sales
- Lead on annual brand planning process and roll out to the wider team

Lead for Global/local market research projects.
- Be aware on trends and impacts of external environment, review brand strategy in line with market changes
- Lead the implementation of the brand plans & campaigns
- Develop and lead pre-launch and launch activity for new products
- To make data-driven decisions, identify opportunities, and address challenges promptly, ensuring the brand's sustained growth and success
- Development & implementation of promotional & patient materials and control of approval process in line with ABPI/PMCPA COP

Responsible for monitoring of budget with planned phasing to avoid over or underspend.

Actively engages and communicates as a true brand ambassador

Brand lead for internal company meetings, communications & product updates
- Proactively seeks out opportunities to interact with colleagues and key stakeholders to raise personal and brand profile aligned to business objectives.
- Develops external relationships with HCPs to gain insight for maximizing marketing & sales promotion
- To work closely with sales and medical teams, to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies. Including support to the sales team, aligning messaging, and leveraging cross-functional expertise to maximize brand performance
