In this dual role, you will not only drive the global HR agenda across key global functions but also contribute hands-on to the development of our R&D organization. As the Team Lead HR Business Partner (m/f/d) Global Functions your tasks will include:
- Lead an HR team with full strategic and operational responsibility
- Partner with business and stakeholder to align and implement strategic and operational HR priorities
- Shape and support the employee experience across the full lifecycle, from talent acquisition to development, and support during organizational change
- Drive global HR strategy with focus on R&D and Global Functions, in close collaboration with local HR teams
- Key contact for the works council, fostering constructive and solution-oriented collaboration
