Your responsibilities will include the following:

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Establish a Medical Affairs framework, integrate digital technologies, and oversee medical programs with other functions
  • Enhance efficiency, ensure SOP compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Create, implement, and monitor KPIs, and support regulatory document preparation (e.g., Periodic Safety Updates)
  • Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process and oversee budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources
  • Support IIT programs, oversee activation processes, maintain the IIT database
  • Act as deputy for medical team members and affiliates

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed university degree in natural sciences or commercial environment and experience in life sciences
  • Min. 3 years' experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Very strong Project management and MS Office skills
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and present complex scientific concepts to different stakeholders
  • Reliable, authentic, and collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral fluent), German is a plus
  • Ability to easily adjust to new situations and travel up to 20%
