Your responsibilities will include the following:

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Plan and execute strategic training courses for HCPs, understand unmet medical needs, and establish relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Lead medical congress activities and explore new digital communication opportunities
  • Ensure proactive collaboration and education with non-medical internal functions, co-organize internal educational meetings, and ensure compliance of all education materials with applicable regulations
  • Drive compilation and dissemination of medical materials, build a repository of globally released resources, and support medical-marketing activities, including conference and event presence
  • Work in alignment with SOPs, compliance, policies & procedures and systems to support all Medical Affairs operations
  • Contributes to compliance reporting

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Medical Doctor or PhD in natural sciences with minimum 3 years' experience in medical affairs within pharmaceutical industry
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and present complex scientific concepts to different internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management and MS Office skills
  • Ability to travel up to 45% internationally
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral fluent), German is a plus
  • Reliable, authentic, and collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships
