Join our motivated team in Global Medical Affairs (GMA) and grow with exciting challenges! As a member of our GMA team, you shape the growth of newly added treatments in our neurology portfolio within a dynamic team in our headquarter. As Global Medical Lead (GML) you own the holistic responsibility for all medical affairs activities related to our products Inbrija/Fampyra. You will be laying the groundwork for leveraging our Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis expertise and ensuring its’s impact reached colleagues and partners in over 80 countries. Reporting to the Head of GMA, you serve as member of GMA Leadership Team and represent the medical affairs within the Global Project Team (GPT).

 

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Lead the development of medical strategies and tactics aligned with broader business objectives, and ensure flawless execution
  • Supervise a Global Medical Expert, ensuring their contributions align with our global mission and goals
  • Provide medical leadership within the matrix organization, lead the global medical product team (GMPT), and establish strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Provide medical input into congress strategy and organize high quality scientific meetings and insightful advisory boards
  • Build strong global evidence generation plans to support patient access and ensure that Phase IV and RWE studies are successfully executed, in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead worldwide IIT strategy incl. review / approval of proposals
  • Lead development and execution of the global product publication plan as well as review and approval of manuscripts
  • Regularly collect insights and adapt the strategy and tactics
  • Develop scientific relationships with key external experts and ensure that you are recognized as a trusted partner
  • Lead patient advocacy initiatives and drive alliances with patient advocacy groups, academic organizations and other relevant stakeholders
  • Provide Medical review to Global promotional and non-promotional materials
  • Work in alignment with compliance and SOP/Guidelines

 

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • MD or PhD
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in medical affairs, preferably in a global role / in the area of Neuroscience
  • Strong understanding of scientific data and ability to translate it into easy messages that will be understood by customers
  • Competency in the methodology of development and review of scientific and clinical trial documents
  • High level of intercultural competence and ability to work effectively in diverse, global teams
  • Team player with goal-oriented attitude
  • Proactive, self-reliant, and reliable professional
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for business purposes
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral fluent)
