As a Deviation/ CAPA Coordinator in Quality, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Co-designing the process definition for deviations and CAPAs, creation/update of department-specific SOPs
- Organization, execution, and documentation of the deviation system, monitoring deviations, QA support in the creation and processing of deviations
- Organization, execution, and documentation of the CAPA system, monitoring and processing of CAPAs
- Contact person for the relevant JIRA modules, carry out JIRA training sessions regarding deviation and CAPA-system
- Contact person for non-conformities and CAPA for internal and external customers
- Creation of data for tracking due dates of quality-relevant JIRA modules
