As our Manager Global Product & Pipeline Communications, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic communication plans for our products and pipeline. Your role will involve strategic planning for pre-launch and launch products, including disease-awareness campaigns aimed at driving commercial success. You will focus on advancing communications for early-to-late-stage medicines in our specialty programs, particularly in neurology, working closely with R&D, Global Medical Affairs, Commercial, Patient Advocacy, and regional teams to support clinical and regulatory milestones.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Global Medical Affairs, Global Product teams, marketing, patient advocacy, and country organizations to deliver clear and accurate product information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and execute product communication strategies to support clinical and regulatory milestones, medical meetings, product updates, and marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Disease Awareness: Plan and implement disease-awareness campaigns, supporting local teams in adapting and executing these initiatives effectively.
  • Content Development: Manage the creation of product-related content, including messaging, FAQs, customer communications, website content, social media posts, and press materials to enhance launch readiness globally.
  • Internal Communication: Develop internal communications to keep relevant teams informed about product developments and messaging.
  • Alignment: Collaborate with other communication functions to ensure consistency in product messaging with global corporate communications, promoting brand alignment and continuous improvement in external communications.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Track and analyze communication metrics to enhance the effectiveness of product communication strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Profound experience in corporate or product communications or a related field

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline

  • Experience in healthcare product and pipeline communications, with background in a globally operating companyS

  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience leading communications for product launches, ideally in European and U.S. markets

  • Willingness to travel
