As a Working Student in our Digital Strategy Department, you will play a vital role in supporting various initiatives that drive our digital transformation efforts. Your tasks will involve creating impactful communication materials, assisting in the implementation of omnichannel customer engagement strategies, and developing documentation for new software solutions. You will also coordinate the development of local solutions, support the integration of digital tools, and help improve platform adoption through user guides and training materials.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication: Support the development of presentations and documentation related to change management and learning journeys, and create materials to highlight achieved goals and progress.
- Omnichannel Introduction: Assist in the rollout of omnichannel customer engagement strategies and enhance the use of the Veeva platform across all functions.
- User Documentation: Develop concise documentation for newly implemented software solutions.
- Coordination: Coordinate the creation of local solutions by gathering and aligning requirements from local affiliates and HQ functions.
- Customer Platform: Support the identification and implementation of digital solutions integrated with the Veeva CRM platform, and aid in communicating updates and new features to the organization.
- Platform Adoption: Develop user guides in Userlane for Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault PromoMats, and Veeva Vault Medical.
