As our Commercial Excellence and Launch Readiness Manager for Region Europe, you will enhance the commercial performance of local teams across 9 affiliates covering 15 European countries, fostering agility, customer focus, and readiness for growth. This role connects European affiliates with the Global Commercial Department, promoting cross-regional best practices.

Commercial Capabilities Development: You will adapt global commercial capabilities to the European market, refining strategic marketing processes and aligning regional brand plans with global frameworks. To boost field team productivity, you will implement tailored Sales Force Excellence (SFE) measures and strengthen asset strategy capabilities to ensure alignment with global approaches.

Launch Readiness: You will tailor the global launch excellence framework for Europe, leading the planning and execution of launch readiness initiatives for new products. You will ensure all functions are fully prepared while fostering collaboration with the Global Commercial Department. Additionally, you will establish a European Launch Academy to develop and standardize commercial skills across the region.

Customer Relationship Management: You will oversee the regional CRM system (Veeva), ensuring accurate data and tracking of performance KPIs. This includes localizing the global CRM and omnichannel strategy for Europe and utilizing data analytics to deliver actionable insights, driving improved customer and patient engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaboration is key, as you will partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align on commercial excellence and launch initiatives. By fostering cross-functional teamwork, you will ensure consistency and alignment across capability-building frameworks.
