As our Team Lead Marketing: Specialty Neurology (m/f/d) for our "Region International Markets", you'll spearhead market and portfolio analyses, devising strategic initiatives to enhance market conditions and grow the neurology product portfolio across the APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions with our Distribution Partners. You’ll lead a team of two regional Marketing and Training Managers, each focused on driving growth and optimizing distribution strategies within their area.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Marketing Strategy: Design and execute tailored regional marketing strategies that fuel growth and optimize the neurology portfolio in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

  • Regional Marketing Support: Provide marketing support to distribution partners, crafting marketing plans, developing master materials, and coordinating regional events to bolster product positioning.

  • Scientific Marketing & Training: Oversee the development and distribution of scientific communication and training materials, ensuring that teams, partners, and healthcare professionals are well-versed in product offerings.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage the neurology marketing budget, ensuring resource efficiency and maximum ROI across all regions.

  • Portfolio Growth: Conduct market and portfolio analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop strategies to expand business opportunities, including competitor analysis, business case development, and ROI calculations.

  • Product Launches: Lead and coordinate successful new product or service launches, ensuring seamless market entry and supporting sales partners in new markets.

  • Brand Planning: Drive the annual brand planning process, collaborating with regional partners, tracking progress, and sharing best practices across regions.

  • KOL Engagement: Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen distribution efforts and enhance the credibility of the neurology portfolio.

  • Leadership & Representation: Lead and mentor a team of regional marketing and training managers. Represent selected brands in Global Product Teams and Brand Forum, ensuring alignment with global strategies and communicating regional insights to the global team.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster proactive collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of strategies and projects.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in neurology or related therapeutic areas.

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and product launches, with experience in leading and mentoring teams.

  • Fluency in English; German is preferred, with additional languages like Spanish, Arabic or Chinese being an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market and portfolio data for decision-making.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a matrix organization, working collaboratively across teams.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
