The Benelux head office is located in Oosterhout. In this position, you will be responsible for the financial planning, controlling, accounting and reporting of the Benelux. You will also act as a sparring-partner for the Country Manager.

The position of Financial Manager is a versatile position (both operational and strategic) in a growing and ambitious international company.

YOUR TASKS:

  • You prepare financial reports, including monthly sales reports to support the sales department.

  • You contribute to the preparation of budgets and (consolidated) annual accounts.

  • You are responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • You are Key User of the ERP Software (SAP) from a finance perspective.

  • From your experience, you contribute to the further professionalization and optimization of all financial processes and to the development of business analysis tools (such as Power BI).

  • You monitor the correct implementation of relevant laws and regulations and proactively make improvement proposals to the Country Manager.

  • Together with external partners, you manage the payroll, the vehicle fleet and all company and employee insurances.

  • In short, this is a versatile position (both operational and strategic) in a growing and ambitious international company.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A completed Bachelor's degree in finance, business economics or accountancy.

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international setting.

  • Accurate and analytical

  • You are result-oriented and are not afraid of deadlines.

  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.

  • You are available 40 hours a week.
