As our HR Expert: Global Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our inclusive company culture. Working within our Global HR team, you will be the responsible person for steering all global compensation & benefits activities, such as the global merit increase process, global target setting and bonus cycles. Also, it is within your scope to shape our global benefits structure and to manage global mobility projects to further develop talents and our global collaboration.

Global compensation and benefits strategy: Further develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the company's values and long-term mission.

Ensuring a market-based salary structure: Ensuring a competitive compensation structure for our diverse teams worldwide, based on market analysis tools (e.g.: WTW).

Compensation and bonus cycle: Steering of the global salary review and bonus process (target setting & bonus calculations) ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company goals.

Benefits landscape: Ensuring a competitive benefits landscape considering international market trends, company resources, and industry standards.

Global Mobility: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders manage global mobility topics (e.g. assignments), supporting talent management initiatives and fostering a culture of international collaboration.

Project work for continuous improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions that align with the evolving needs of our dynamic organization.
