Become our HEOR Manager (m/f/d) and play a key role in driving the success of our strategic product portfolio. As a valued member of our Global MACS, HEOR and Pricing team, you will be responsible for all global HEOR deliverables to enable our country organization to optimize HTA and Payer interactions (i.e., submissions, negotiations). You will also provide strategic input into key clinical and medical activities to optimize MACS/reimbursement in the long term. Your responsibilities will include:
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Strategic Leadership: Take charge of all global HEOR deliverables, guiding our country organizations to navigate optimal HTA and Payer interactions. Your strategic insights will pave the way for successful submissions and negotiations, ensuring our products reach those who need them most.
- Innovative Project Management: Lead a variety of HEOR projects, from GVD to CE/CU/BI modeling, with independence and efficiency. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping value messages and driving informed decision-making.
- Knowledge Sharing: Spearhead the internal roll-out of key deliverables, empowering our country organizations with the tools and insights they need to succeed. Your leadership will facilitate the alignment of priorities and foster a culture of excellence across the organization.
- Collaborative Engagement: Provide strategic input into key clinical and medical activities (i.e., Phase 2/3 studies, Real World Data collection, PRO tool development/validation), ensuring alignment with our MACS & reimbursement objectives. Your expertise will optimize long-term outcomes, driving the continued success of our products in the market.
- Network Building: Develop and lead a network of HEOR specialists within Merz Tx country organizations, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing to maximize impact.
- External Validation: Engage with health economists and HTA experts externally to validate and advance HEOR projects, leveraging external expertise to enhance our strategies and outcomes.
