YOUR CONTRIBUTION
As Operations and Project Manager you will support the successful development of our Operations team. In close cooperation with the Head of Operations, you will work on strategic issues and assume operational responsibility. With your organisational talent, you will ensure efficient cooperation between different teams, ensure structured project management and always maintain an overview.

In cooperation with the Head of Operations, you will take responsibility for key tasks, drive complex projects and support the entire Operations team with your initiatives

Take ownership of operational management processes within the Operations division

Provide lateral leadership to the Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services and information across the organisation. Build a common understanding through continuous alignment with all stakeholders

Determining and providing suitable key figures in order to assess the performance of the operations processes and derive suitable measures, as well as generating insights and presenting them to management

Responsibility for risk management processes

Establishing an internal communication strategy within the division and supporting communication, e.g. with regard to the division's vision and strategy or project progress

Supporting budget and strategic planning processes
