As Assistant to the Vice President of Region International Markets (m/f/d), you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication. Your commitment to collaboration and attention to detail will ensure that all administrative tasks, from scheduling and document management to supporting special projects, are handled effectively.
YOUR ROLE

You will support our Vice President "Region International Markets" in all relevant processes and projects, including managing schedules, travel planning, email correspondence, onboarding plans for new employees and organizing meetings

You will be responsible for the preparation of presentations, reports and other documents for internal and external stakeholders

You are commited to a collaborative and trusting working style to ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

You will manage administrative tasks for the team, including scheduling, document management and support for special projects

Organize meetings, including agenda creation, taking minutes and following up on action items

If required, you will provide support with budget planning and monitoring as well as other operational tasks
